Staff of Ngkarte Mikwekenhe and students and staff of Irrekerlantye Learning Centre and Art Centre are prepared breakfast and lunch each day of the working week. The meals, prepared on site by Liz Trowell , consist of cereal, bread, fruit, vegetables and meat.

Liz Trowell in the kitchen. Liz feeds between 40 and 60 people breakfast and a hot lunch, five days a week on a budget of only $400. She benefits from donations of unsold bread from a local bakery.
